FILE - In this file photo dated Thursday, March 10, 2016, French Economy Minister Emmanuel Macron, right, and his wife Brigitte Trogneux arrive at the Elysee presidential palace in Paris to attend a state dinner. The former outsider with little political experience, Macron is now the front-runner for the second round of France's Sunday May 7 2017 presidential election against far-right candidate Marine Le Pen. Macron has never held elected office and hopes to become president on a promise to revive the country through radical pro-business measures and pro-European policies.(AP Photo/Jacques Brinon, FILE)
